There are hundreds of communities out there - if one doesn't suit your fancy, try another until you find a place that feels like home! Lurk on a handful, post on one, lurk on dozens, post on none - whatever suits you, you'll still find a wealth of information out there, sometimes from well-known and respected performers! Featured Community! What? Featured? Yes! The forums at Oriental Dancer are some of the best on the 'net! Also, this is my home community. I don't say much there, mostly just read and absorb - and I've absorbed a LOT! Dancer Salome has worked hard to give belly dancers of all traditions and styles a peaceful, informative community, prowled by the likes of Tarik Sultan, Zorba, Mira Ammal and more! The idle chit chat is lovely, but I especially appreciate the technique discussions often led by the pros.
